Expression adults

One wants to be ideal, has high intellectual and moral demands on themselves yourself. You try to realize these self-imposed obligations in daily life, but you are overwhelmed by them. You try to achieve your values by being strict with yourself and living ascetically.
You deny yourself many things that make everyday life pleasant and enjoyable, you want to be in top form internally and externally. Someone who appears in the swimming pool at seven in the morning, has already run a forest run and then has eaten wholegrain muesli that has been crushed, is in the negative rock water state. Or when you are the only one who wants to toast the jubilee with seltzer instead of a sip of sparkling wine for a big birthday. One is extreme anti-smoking, anti-alcoholic and fanatically adheres to this attitude.

You want to be a role model for other people, but you don't try to proselytize would like to give food for thought. People in the negative rock water state try to become holy on earth, lock themselves into a corset of extreme principles of movement, nutrition and religion. Macrobiotic nutrition, hours of prayer and meditation are ideals that are not easy to realize and you torment yourself with self-reproach if you don't make it.

You tend to have an inner arrogance, compassionate shaking of your head and have the feeling that you know everything better. In this rigid state one no longer reacts to one's own needs. The clinical picture of anorexia often grows out of this negative rock water condition.
