Use of Veratrum album for the following diseases in homeopathy

• Acute infectious diseases with circulatory weakness to the point of collapse
• Palpitations
• Heart failure

Use of Veratrum album for the following symptoms / complaints

• Shortness of breath
• thread-like pulse
• Water retention on the ankles

Cold sweat, beads of sweat on the forehead and face are typical. Pale, bluish, and cold skin.

At first excitement, later symptoms of paralysis.

Muscle and calf cramps related to Diarrhea which can be rice water or ruhr-like. Nausea, vomiting associated with hiccup .

• confusion
• Anxiety
• Hallucinations

Usual dosage

Common:

• Tablets (drops) D2, D3, D6
• Ampoules D4, D6, D8, D12 and higher.

Prescription up to and including D3!
