Stretching the forearm flexors
Starting position
Stand in front of the desk with your legs about hip-width apart, both hands are supported on the desk with your arms stretched out, your fingertips looking at each other
Exercise execution
the elbows are slowly straightened without hunching the shoulders, carefully moving the upper body back so that there is a stretch in the arms, hold this position and slowly breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth

Forearm extensor stretching
