    Jojo effect

    If the daily calorie intake is much too low, the so-called yo-yo effect is triggered.
    The body reacts to reduced food intake by emptying its sugar deposits, the so-called glycogen stores. Next, the body breaks down protein and only then does the organism begin to attack its reserves, the body fat. This “reserve fat” on the stomach, hips and thighs is life insurance for times of need.
    With extremely low-calorie diets, we pretend our bodies are in need. As a consequence, a savings program (losing weight) is set in motion. The basal metabolic rate drops and as a consequence, as soon as more is eaten again, the old weight is reached again very quickly and even more is gained.

    Slow to success

    If you want to lose weight permanently, you have to take your time. It is ideal to lose half a kilo to a maximum of one kilo a week.

    Also be on the internet dubious slimming products offered in abundance, mostly at high prices.
    One thing is certain, however: Means that can be taken long-term and, above all, without risk and permanently lead to a slim line (permanent weight loss) have not yet been invented.

    • Easy to lose weight without any effort
    • To continue to be able to eat everything as before
    • Unrealistically high weight loss (6 kilos in two weeks and sometimes more)
    • Before / after pictures and statements from individuals
    • Success guarantee and money-back guarantee
    • Necessary additional purchases such as stud earrings, massage devices, etc.
    • Sales only at advisory parties or information events
    • Orders can only be ordered by telephone, via the Internet and via a letter or post office box address and are only available abroad.
    • Mode of action of the means is not sufficiently explained.
    • Feelings of guilt are created: "If you don't lose weight, it's your own fault"!
