Jurnista®

General

Jurnista® is a drug belonging to the pain reliever group (analgesics) and is used to treat severe pain. It contains hydromorphone hydrochloride.

Contraindications (contraindications)

Jurnista® should Not be taken if any of the following contraindications are met:

allergy against hydromorphone hydrochloride, the active ingredient of Jurnista®, or any other part of Jurnista
Severe narrowing or blockade of Stomach
Severe narrowing or blockade of Intestines
„blind intestinal loops“After bowel surgery
Liver dysfunction
Breathing problems
severe acute asthma
sudden strong ones stomach pain
current or past use of MAO inhibitors against depressions
Ingestion morphine-like pain reliever (e.g. buprenorphine, nalbuphine, pentazocine)
planned operation in the next 24 hours

Absolute contraindication:
Under no circumstances may Jurnista join Infants, Children, Coma patients, Women in labor or during the birth can be applied.

Relative contraindications

Alcohol addiction

Hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism)
Prostate enlargement
Problems urinating
toxic psychosis
severe curvature of the spine (Kyphoscoliosis)

Special features of Jurnista®

Tablet shell:
Sometimes something can be found in the stool that looks similar to the tablet. However, this only represents the outer tablet shell that has not dissolved and does not mean that the active ingredient in the tablet has not worked in the body.

Elderly patients:

Constipation:
