With regard to alcohol consumption, it should be said that it is absolutely forbidden during pregnancy. The children go through withdrawal symptoms after birth because they were constantly exposed to maternal alcohol levels during pregnancy.

In general, it can make a lot of things easier if you think about life with the planned offspring at an early stage. Some things should be clarified beforehand. It is particularly important that both partners are sure that the time has come for offspring.

Of course, you shouldn't plan too much before pregnancy. This can add extra pressure in case of difficulty getting pregnant. However, it is helpful to clarify the basics beforehand, as this can save the couple a lot of stress during pregnancy.
